Battery

• Police arrested a 38-year-old Oviedo woman Friday after they said she grabbed a man during an argument.

Evelyn Aikens, of Aqua Way, was charged with domestic violence battery and taken to the Seminole County jail.

• Police arrested a 45-year-old Sanford man Friday after they said he threw a slice of pizza at his wife during an argument.

Marvin Killingsworth was charged with domestic violence battery and taken to the Seminole County jail.

• Police arrested a 31-year-old Sanford man Sunday after they said he hit a woman during an argument.

Eugene Alexander Strickland, Elm Avenue, was charged with domestic violence battery and taken to the Seminole County jail.

Larceny

• Police arrested a 40-year-old Sanford woman Thursday after they said she attempted to steal $349 worth of clothing and perfumes form Kohl’s on Rinehart Road.

Christina Alexandra Lopez-Duprey Latimer, of Plantation Lakes Circle, was charged with larceny and taken to the Seminole County jail.

• Police arrested a 44-year-old Orlando woman Thursday after they said she attempted to steal a 14-piece pan set from Beall’s at the Seminole Towne Center.

Tina Christa Davis, of Compass Court, was charged with shoplifting and taken to the Seminole County jail.

• Police arrested a 19-year-old Winter Springs woman Thursday after they said she attempted to steal $240 worth of jewelry from Kohl’s on Rinehart Road.

Samantha Anne Miller, of Fortrose Drive, was charged with larceny and resisting recovery of property. She was taken to the Seminole County jail.

• Police arrested a 42-year-old Sanford man Friday after they said he attempted to steal a chainsaw from a pick-up truck parked on Hood Avenue.

Police said two men were working on the Civil Courthouse and witnessed the man pull the chainsaw from the bed of the truck and start to walk away. The men detained him until police arrived.

Adam E. Hunt, of W. 20th Street, was charged with larceny and taken to the Seminole County jail.

• Police arrested a 32-year-old Sanford man Saturday after they said he attempted to steal packages of brownies and almonds from 7-Eleven on S. Orlando Drive.

Axel Ayala Toro, homeless, was charged with larceny and taken to the Seminole County jail.

• Police arrested a 29-year-old Sanford man Sunday after they said he stole a wallet from a woman on W. 25th Street.

Police said the man admitted to stealing the wallet and when they searched him they found marijuana on his person.

Eugene Nathan, of Old England Loop, was charged with larceny and possession of marijuana under 20 grams. He was taken to the Seminole County jail.

False statement

• Police arrested a 20-year-old Sanford man and a 61-year-old Sanford woman Friday after they said the two lied about their vehicle being stolen.

Police said their vehicle was seen at the home where a burglary occurred and a short while later the man and woman reported the vehicle had been stolen. When police interviewed the two it became apparent that they had lied about the vehicle being stolen.

Jonathan Jamal Wright and Gussie Mae Randall, both of Poinsetta Avenue, were charged with making a false report and taken to the Seminole County jail.

Drug possession

• Police arrested a 33-year-old Sanford woman Thursday after they said she was in possession of syringes, marijuana and hydrocodone during a stop on U.S. 17-92.

Police said the woman was being pushed in a shopping cart down the street and when police approached her she had eight needles with liquid inside, which tested positive for an opium derivative. Police said they also found marijuana on her person.

Theresa Kay Bonilla, homeless, was charged with possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana under 20 grams and three counts of drug equipment possession. She was taken to the Seminole County jail.

• Police arrested a 28-year-old Fleming Island man Thursday after they said he was in possession of marijuana during a traffic stop on E. 25th Street.

Police said the man had just completed a drug transaction at a gas pump and when police approached his vehicle they could smell marijuana inside. After searching the vehicle police said they found a baggie of marijuana inside, which the man explained he had just purchased.

Daniel Sherod Cooper, of Harbor Island Drive, was charged with possession of marijuana under 20 grams and taken to the Seminole County jail.

• Police arrested a 44-year-old Sanford man Friday after they said he was in possession of cocaine and marijuana during a traffic stop on 27th Street.

Police said they pulled the man over because his vehicle did not have a tag. When they approached the vehicle police said they could smell marijuana. After a search they found the marijuana and crack cocaine.

Shawn D. Green, of Magnolia Avenue, was charged with possession of cocaine and possession of marijuana. He was taken to the Seminole County jail.

• Police arrested two 37-year-old Sanford women and a 55-year-old Orlando man Friday after they said the three were in possession of drug paraphernalia and drugs during a traffic stop on French Avenue.

Police said they stopped the vehicle because it was missing its back windshield and tag lights. After a search of the vehicle they found crack pipes, crack cocaine and brillo pads near each occupant of the vehicle.

Misty S. Gaines, of Oakland Drive, was charged with possession of cocaine and drug equipment possession. Adessa Beth Kays, of Speckled Way, was charged with drug equipment possession. Abnel Velez, of Ravenwood Avenue, was charged with possession of cocaine. They were taken to the Seminole County jail.

• Police arrested a 32-year-old Geneva woman Friday after they said she was in possession of cocaine, a needle, and pipe at the Budget Inn on S. Orlando Drive.

Police said they received complaints that there was drug activity in the woman’s room and after they searched they found the drugs and equipment near her purse.

Christina Ann Robertson, of Avenue A, was charged with possession of cocaine and drug equipment possession. She was taken to the Seminole County jail.

• Police arrested a 46-year-old Sanford man Friday after they said he was in possession of crack pipe during a traffic stop on Hidden Lake Drive.

William Marsh Anderson, of Brown Drive, was charged with drug equipment possession and taken to the Seminole County jail.

• Police arrested a woman and man Sunday after they said the two were in a vehicle that ran from police and had drugs inside.

Police said they stopped the vehicle at Rolling Hills Boulevard and noticed the man get out of the driver’s seat. Police said when they searched the vehicle they found marijuana and realized a child was in the vehicle. Police said both the man and woman had a suspended license license.

Tiera La Jessica Williams was charged with possession of marijuana under 20 grams and driving with a suspended license. Devekis Jonathan Grover Williams was charged with possession of marijuana under 20 grams, possession of marijuana with intent to sell, child neglect, fleeing and eluding police, and driving with a suspended license. Both were taken to the Seminole County jail.

Trespassing

• Police arrested a 22-year-old Sanford man and 23-year-old Sanford woman Thursday after they said the two trespassed at Walmart on Rinehart Road.

Police said the two had been trespassed from the store after being arrested for shoplifting there.

Patrick Michael Detamore and Autumn Faye Charbonier, both of Petunia Terrace, were charged with trespassing and taken to the Seminole County jail.

• Police arrested a 20-year-old Sanford man Sunday after they said he attempted to hide in a home that was not his and ran from police.

Police said they were patrolling on Hartwell Avenue because of recent burglaries and saw the man trying to run away. They eventually found him on the porch of an empty home.

Timothy Jerome McMillan, of Georgia Avenue, was charged with trespassing and loitering and taken to the Seminole County jail.

Suspended license

• Police arrested a 35-year-old Sanford man Friday after they said he was driving with suspended license on W. 1st Street.

Wayne Lasander Henderson, of Pear Avenue, was charged with driving with a suspended license and taken to the Seminole County jail.

• Police arrested a 26-year-old Sanford man Sunday after they said he was driving with a suspended license on U.S. 17-92.

Feliciano Cruz, of W. 25th Street, was charged with driving with a suspended license and taken to the Seminole County jail.
