The Mayaca Native People

Explore the rich history of the Mayaca native people in west Volusia County with Brian Polk, a local author and former manager of DeLeon Springs State Park. Polk will explore topics found in his book, “Lost in History – The Mayaca Native People of West Volusia County.” His presentation is part of the free Lemonade Lectures series sponsored by Volusia County. Farm to Fork 2025 Webinar Series
Tuesdays. Learn more about your food and local agriculture? Join UF/IFAS Extension Seminole County to learn all about food from farm to fork. We will meet on Zoom once a month for a one-hour webinar. The webinar is free to attend, but you must register in advanced on zoom. The webinar is Part 1 in our monthly Farm to Fork Sessions.
