On February 26, 2025, Sanford Police Officers responded to two separate calls for service involving a suspicious white male making vulgar sexual comments towards two separate young females walking home from school.

The first incident occurred on February 26, 2025, around 3:00 PM on S. Holly Avenue, between W. 20th Street and W. 24th Street.
This first reporting person stated that a male driving a newer model silver 4-door vehicle drove up to her and made vulgar sexual comments towards her.
The male remained in his vehicle, and left the area without further incident.
The male is described as a white male with a thin build, no facial hair, long curvy/wavy hair to his ears, and wearing sunglasses. The second incident took place on February 26, 2025, around 4:15 PM on W. 24th Street, between Hartwell Avenue and S. Marshall Avenue.
This second reporting person stated that a male driving a newer model gray 4-door vehicle made vulgar sexual comments towards her.
The male remained in his vehicle, and left the area without further incident.
The vehicle is described as having an aftermarket spoiler, tinted windows, and a pink license plate cover.
The male is described as a white male with a thin build, no facial hair, long curvy/wavy hair to his ears, and wearing sunglasses.
One of the reporting parties indicated similar interactions with the same male on February 24, 2025, around 9:00 AM near Maple Avenue and 18th Street, and on February 25, 2025, around 4:15 PM near Chase Avenue and 24th Street.
This investigation remains active and ongoing. Sanford Police Investigators urge anyone who may have seen anything regarding these incidents, or anyone who has experienced a similar incident to call the Sanford Police Department.
