We have a small monthly program for young children and parents at our little Synagogue in Longwood. Sunday's program will be in honor of the upcoming Jewish holiday of Purim - when we celebrate the victory over Haman who tried to annihilate the Jewish people in ancient Persia as described in the Book of Esther.
Given what is going on in Israel, we will dedicate the program to the Bibas babies murdered by Hamas - the same age of some of those children attending - by making an Orange craft symbolizing their beautiful and now iconic orange hair.
The program is from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m. on Sunday at Nate's Shul in Longwood. Members of the media are welcome to attend.
