After one of the best all-around individual seasons in UCF history, Keyshawn Hall has decided to test the professional basketball water.
“First off, I want to thank Jehovah God and Jesus Christ for always being by my side, through every high and low, and for never giving up on me,” said Hall on his X account. “With that being said I am excited for the opportunity to see my dreams become reality. I will be declaring for the 2025 NBA Draft.”
The 6-foot-7, 235-pound guard/forward was named to the All-Big 12 Second Team and All-Newcomer Team earlier this month, becoming the first Knight to be named to a first, second or third team while UCF has been a member of the Big 12 and is the first to be named to one of the top three teams since Taylor Hendricks was a member of the All-American Athletic Conference Second Team in 2022-23.
Hall was spectacular this season and finished the season with a share of the conference’s regular season scoring title at 18.5 points per game, pouring in 572 points. He led the Big 12 in scoring during league play, averaging 20.3 points per game in conference games. The Cleveland, Ohio, native had 14 performances of 20 or more points, including three 30-point outings, one of which was a 40-point showing at Arizona State, the third highest scoring performance in UCF’s Division-I history. Hall demonstrated a knack for getting to the charity stripe throughout the year, ranking sixth in the nation in made free throws with 182, which also led the Big 12.
Prior to coming to UCF, Hall made stops at UNLV (Nevada at Las Vegas) and George Mason University.
As a true freshman, Hall appeared in 18 games for the Runnin' Rebels, averaging 5.4 points per game, before transferring to GMU and made an immediate impact for the Patriots, leading the team in scoring and rebounding, and being named second-team All-Atlantic Athletic Conference. He finished his sophomore season averaging 16.6 points and 8.9 rebounds per game.
