CrossMarc Services, LLC of Winter Park, owner/manager of Springs Plaza Shopping Center on S.R. 434 and Wekiva Springs Road, recently completed five new leases for a total of more than 13,200 square feet in the upscale Publix-anchored retail center.
Foxtail Coffee, founded in 2016, producing coffee as a craft and serving it as a celebration, has leased Suite F191 with 1,179 square feet. The company now has more than 42 locations in metro Orlando, 67 statewide with six more on the drawing board.
Children’s Art Classes, which offers a studio-based art education to ages three and up leased Suite B129 with 2,350 square feet. Founded in 2009 they now offer 20 locations throughout the Southeast and Midwest with five in Florida and over 10 more coming soon including the southwest and northern California.
Level Up Pilates offering strengthening of both body and mind and inspiring confidence and life-balance, has leased Suite B173 with 2,365 square feet for its first location in Florida and the U.S. 5th Nail Lounge leased Suite E125 with 2,649 square feet. The upscale salon has more than a dozen locations throughout the Southeast.
Turning Point Dance Studio a tenant at Springs Plaza for 29 years entered into an expansion lease for the 2,351 square feet in Suite E115, now occupying a total of 4,755 square feet. Turning Point offers eight levels in a variety of dance techniques with a staff that includes 18 teachers.
Vice President of Sales and Leasing Flavia Kanyago brokered all five transactions, representing CrossMarc and Baltimore-based MCB Real Estate the joint venture-owners of the 64,753 square foot neighborhood shopping center, which is now 95 percent leased. Other major tenants include Tijuana Flats, First Watch, Jersey Mikes, Hurricane Grill & Wings and Woof Gang Bakery.
Located less than a mile from the Interstate 4 interchange, the high-profile center is shadow anchored by a 58,000 square foot Publix grocery story and freestanding Publix liquor store serving more than one million customers annually.
