Rose Thompson is a third grade student at Galileo School for Gifted Learning. She is very creative. She loves to read and write. She is very imaginative. She loves to explore outdoors to find inspiration for her poetry.
The Forest
In a place where row boats don't go
Evergreens and oak will grow.
The birds chirp and the snails squirt their ooze.
Plants live and roam.
Down in a creek or pond fish splish and splash.
Bonfires turn to ash.
There are trees everywhere and animals with hair.
Hikers look at their trail guides to see nature before
their very eyes in the gorgeous awesome forest.
