Farm to Fork 2025 Webinar Series

Tuesday, July 8: Tropical Fruits for Florida. Zoom - once a month webinar. Learn more about your food & local agriculture? Join UF/IFAS Extension Seminole County to learn all about food from farm to fork. Free. Must register in advance on Zoom.  Webinar is Part 1 in monthly Farm to Fork Sessions. On Thursday after each webinar, Part 2 is offered, an in-person workshop, with hands on activities that pairs with the webinar. Flying Needles

Museum of Geneva History

Sundays, July 13 & 27, 2 to 4 p.m., 165 1st Street, Geneva. 

Admission free, but donations appreciated. Come see our present exhibit of “Black History of Geneva”. There are also 2 large rooms full of such things as local archaeological finds, pioneer crafts, Ft. Lane search team finds, family genealogical records, Civil War info., and a violano &  Edison cylinder player (both play). Learn about the story of Geneva and the Lincoln Conspiracy. Buy T-shirts, caps, prints, and history books!  Good for a group or individuals.

Mid-Summer Christmas Market & Festival

Saturday, July 26, 8 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Sanford Civic Center, Sanford. Ladies 327, Inc. will host this summer celebration featuring a wide range of outdoor vendors offering unique goods, a vibrant kids’ zone with exciting activities, food trucks and an outdoor bar.
