Seminole County Supervisor of Elections Launches New FOIA Management System for Public Records Requests

The Seminole County Supervisor of Elections office has launched a

new public records request system powered by NextRequest, a FOIA (Freedom of

Information Act) management software developed by CivicPlus. This platform is now

live at https://voteseminole.nextrequest.com, offering greater transparency and

improved public access to election-related records.

Beginning July 1, 2025, all public record requests submitted to the Seminole County

Supervisor of Elections office will be posted on the website.

Requests will be processed in the order they are received and paid. Please note that

response times may vary depending on the nature of the request and whether an

election is underway.

“This new system allows us to offer timely, transparent access to public records and

better serve the citizens of Seminole County,” said Amy Pennock, Seminole County

Supervisor of Elections.
