Hold-Thyssen, Inc., a full-service commercial property firm based in Winter Park with offices in Clearwater, recently completed the $500,000 sale of a professional office duplex located at 245 and 247 San Marcos Avenue near downtown Sanford.
Hold-Thyssen agents Kira Kreke and Nicholas O’Shea represented the Seller, San Marcos Associates, LLC, in the sale of the move-in ready 2,672 square foot office duplex. The Buyer, Flagship Companies Group, LLC, purchased the property in cash to donate to a non-profit who plans to use it for a seminary school.
The San Marcos Office Park was built in 1962 and completely renovated in 2022.
