Seminole Science Charter School (SSCS) is recognizing a child who made campus history. Every fall, SSCS encourages kids to read one million words before the school year wraps up. Fifth grader, Abir S. recently became the first Seminole Science elementary school student to complete the challenge in less than one month. “This incredible achievement shows not only his love for reading but also how strong literacy skills power success in every subject,” said SSCS media specialist Michelle Aviles. “His dedication and determination inspire all of us to aim higher.”
Kids have only been back in the classroom for a month, but one fifth grader already made campus history at Seminole Science Charter School (SSCS), which encourages children to read one million words every school year.
Abir has already completed that challenge, making him the first SSCS elementary school student to do so in less than a month.
