The Seminole County School Board recently welcomed Doris Duxbury back for a tour of Pine Crest Elementary School of Innovation. Duxbury taught at Pine Crest for 10 years in the sixties. She was blown away by the robotics, coding, e-sports lab and more. The special surprise for us was that it was her 104th birthday, so we had a class of Kindergarteners sing Happy Birthday.
