Candles will light the way during a spooky tour designed to startle & activate the imagination. Guests can expect mild frights as they are escorted to the mansion & enter the narrow hallways and darkened rooms once occupied by 19th century wine merchant Fredrick deBary and his family. Cindy’s Dance Studio Hot Rod Halloween

Saturday, Oct. 25, 2 to 9 p.m., N. Elm Avenue, from 1st Street to Fulton Avenue, Ethnos 360 parking lot. This family-friendly event will feature a classic car show with a trunk-or-treat for children. Additionally, there will be dance performances throughout the event, along with kids' games & crafts. The event will also be an engine-off event, meaning that once the cars pull in, they must remain stationary, with their engines turned off for the duration of the event. Historic Bike Tour

Learn about the area’s history, including facts about the Native Americans who inhabited the region thousands of years ago to the development of Gemini Springs Park. Thursday, Oct. 30, 5 to 9 p.m. Halloween at Cranes Roost Park is back for a night of frights & delights. Families can enjoy a safe alternative to trick-or-treating with candy stations circling the lake. Kids can strut their stuff in the costume contest, play festive games & dive into spooky activities.
