Public Safety Department supporting Breast Cancer Awareness Month. Every October, some members of the Oviedo Police Department wear pink badges, and the Oviedo Fire Department has special shirts they wear for the entire month. Oviedo supports Breast Cancer Awareness, survivors, research, and those who died and their surviving family members. We encourage everyone to get annual mammograms and get checked by their doctors often, especially those who have breast cancer that may run in the family.
