Spooky Safari

Thursday, Oct. 30, 7 to 8:30 p.m., Econ River Wilderness Area in Oviedo. Get into the Halloween spirit with a spooky night hike in the woods. Search for creepy creatures like spiders, bats, snakes & more. You may want to bring a flashlight. Ages 7+. Halloween at Cranes Roost Park

Friday, Oct. 31, 5 to 9 p.m. Halloween at Cranes Roost Park is back for a night of frights and delights. Families can enjoy a safe alternative to trick-or-treating with candy stations circling the lake. Kids can strut their stuff in the costume contest, play festive games and dive into spooky activities. The park will buzz with energy, laughter and plenty of treats to go around.
