Waste Pro President and Chief Executive Officer Sean Jennings surprised six Ft. Myers-based employees this month with a celebration, a plaque, and a $10,000 bonus, thanking them for their 20 years of dedication and service.

During the presentation, Sean shared his gratitude and deep appreciation for each recipient, all of whom had made significant contributions to the Ft. Myers team and were a vital part of the company’s growth in the Southwest Florida region. “You can see the impact that this location has had throughout the company, leading the way in operational excellence and caring for our communities. These folks help make Waste Pro what it is today. Now we look to the next 20 years and have a clear path forward, thanks to the foundation we have built here. I especially want to thank Keith Banasiak, who led this office for many years, and his guidance now helps to steer the entire company as our Chief Operating Officer. Keith, thank you for your loyalty and dedication to Waste Pro.”
Not only did Sean share personal stories about the award recipients, but Keith did as well, having hired many of the honorees back in 2005 and building the team from the ground up. Keith shared, “It is an honor to work alongside these people, who share the vision for caring for our communities. These folks are the boots on the ground, the front line to our neighbors that we continue to serve. Thank you for your decades of service.”
A total of 18 employees have been honored this year for their 20 years of dedicated service to the company.
