
Saturday, Nov. 22, 12 to 3 p.m., Seminole County Sheriff’s Department Community Room, 100 Eslinger Way, Sanford. Free, open to the public. Light lunch from 12 to 1 p.m. to meet the artists. Brief meeting followed by a demonstration by Omar Otero. He will teach hands-on class in oil pastels. He’s an accomplished artist, photographer & Art Educator in the public, private & international arena. He holds a Bachelor or Arts in Photography & Digital Imaging from Ringling College of Art & Design in Sarasota. He currently teaches Drawing, Painting, 2D & 3D at Hagerty High School in Oviedo.
