Sanford Police Investigators have arrested Moses Mitchell (D.O.B. 12/02/1995) in connection with the Nov. 1, homicide of La-Don Ja Quan Williams. Investigators are actively pursuing additional parties that are involved in the homicide of La-Don.
Based on the investigation, probable cause was established indicating that Mitchell was one of the suspects involved in the homicide of La-Don.
On Dec. 4, Sanford Investigators, after consultation with the State Attorney’s Office, issued a warrant for Mitchell, for the charge of First Degree Premeditated Homicide.
On Dec. 4, Mitchell was arrested by Sanford Police Officers and booked on the charge of First Degree Premeditated Homicide at the John E. Polk Correctional Facility.
This investigation remains active and ongoing as Investigators continue to search for additional parties involved in the homicide of La-Don.
