Rambo is a little fighter! His story is sad but he triumphed over all!
This 5 year old Dutch was left outside in the Florida heat, rain, hurricane, and darkness for his entire life. He lived in a dog crate with a wire bottom that hurt his feet with little to eat and a lack of fresh water for days on end.
Two kind women watched him suffer and finally rescued him from the owner who never cared. Rambo had no social interaction, and was at the mercy of whatever came into the yard.
Somehow, he made it to Holly Hops Rabbit Rescue and Rehabilitation at just the right time.
When he arrived, his front teeth were yellow and broken. His feet were showing signs of sore hocks and he was so tired.
Under Holly Hops care, and with the donations of the two women, his front teeth were removed, his feet healed, and he now enjoys the indoor life and will never be kept outside again.
Rambo loves his blanket and his hidey cube for his long naps. He is neutered, chipped and vaccinated. He loves exploring until it's naptime again and is very neat with his litter box. He loves hay and will sit and chew with his eyes closed, basking in the ability to just be a spoiled furry baby.
Rambo needs a very special someone to let him live out his life in comfort with plenty of hay, greens and his little pellet bowl and most certainly his blanket and hidey cube.
