Richard Keith Cowan of Geneva, Florida slipped away January 26th at 65 years of age. Music lifted him, fishing was his quiet joy, and both the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and LSU Tigers were his loyal cheers. He is survived by two daughters, Nicole Cowan, Noelle Kelly, sister Gail Hill (Kevin), brothers Ralph III (Cindy), and Charles (Kathy) Cowan. Loving grandfather to six, great-grandfather to five. He was preceded in death by his wife, Vanessa Cowan, his twin brother Robert Scott Cowan, and both parents. He will be missed by all, including many cherished neighbors, friends, and extended relatives.
