A Seminole Science Charter School (SSCS) student is having her artwork displayed on local roadways. As part of the Red Ribbon Art Contest, children throughout the county submitted posters that promoted a drug-free lifestyle. SSCS seventh grader Tvisha Jain earned first place in the competition, which was organized by the Seminole County Sheriff’s Office and Seminole County Public School district. Her drawing is currently featured on the back of a deputy patrol car. Middle schoolers James, Alicia, Maya and Thomas were also recognized in the contest and received certificates for their creativity.
