The first 2026 Art in the Chambers exhibition recently opened featuring a collection of paintings by Hagerty High School Students.
Art in the Chambers enters its second year, featuring local art and artists in the City Council Chambers at 400 Alexandria Blvd., Oviedo.
The fourth exhibition will display 30 paintings by Hagerty High School students, led by art teacher Omar Otero, who is also displaying a painted door. The proposed theme of the artwork on display is chickens, with the students choosing their own artistic style to represent it.
The free exhibition will be open to the public until July 6, during regular office hours. Some of the paintings are for sale, and 25% of the sale amount will be donated to the Public Art Fund.
There was recently a presentation with Mr. Otero and some students at the Oviedo City Council Meeting.
