The Central Florida Commercial Association of REALTORS® (CFCAR) announced the nomination of Paul P. Partyka, CCIM, MiCP, CIPS, for the prestigious Wilbur Strickland Lifetime Achievement Award, one of the organization’s highest honors recognizing exceptional leadership, service and long-standing contributions to the commercial real estate industry. Partyka will be formally honored at the celebration 2026 CFCAR Hallmark Awards – CFCAR on June 3 at the Winter Park Events Center.
Through decades of leadership in both commercial real estate and public service, Partyka has played a pivotal role in shaping the growth, character and success of Central Florida’s development and investment landscape. As partner and founder of The Partyka Group at NAI Realvest, he has built a distinguished career advising investors, developers, corporations and public entities on complex real estate transactions and development opportunities throughout the region.
Partyka’s expertise spans investment sales, land acquisition and assemblage, tenant representation and development advisory services. His work has helped facilitate numerous impactful transactions that have contributed to the economic growth and continued evolution of Central Florida’s commercial real estate market. Over the course of his career, Partyka has earned widespread recognition for his professionalism and industry leadership, including being named Commercial Broker of the Year by the Orlando Business Journal and receiving multiple Circle Achievement Awards from CFCAR.

Beyond his brokerage success and guiding emerging professionals, Partyka has demonstrated a deep commitment to contributing meaningfully to civic leadership. He served two terms as Mayor of the City of Winter Springs and as a City Commissioner, helping lead responsible growth, infrastructure planning and economic development initiatives that continue to benefit the region today.

The 2026 CFCAR Hallmark Awards will be held on Wednesday, June 3 at the Winter Park Events Center, 1050 W. Morse Blvd. Winter Park, FL 32789 Registration begins at 6 p.m., with the ceremony from 6:30 to 9 p.m. Guests will enjoy live music, exquisite dining and networking with the region’s top industry professionals.
In addition to milestone achievements the event will honor top producers, leaders and change makers in the Greater Central Florida market. Awards include Deal of the Year, Legacy, Innovation, Community Service, Developing Leader and Partner Affiliates.
