Seminole County recently hosted a groundbreaking ceremony for Phase I of the Rolling Hills Community Park & Roadway Improvements Project. This milestone marks the beginning of the transformation of the former Rolling Hills Golf Course into a public park designed to serve the community for years to come.
The project is funded in part by the County’s One Cent Infrastructure Sales Tax, commonly known as the Penny Sales Tax, reflecting Seminole County’s continued investment in public infrastructure and its commitment to being Florida’s Natural Choice.
