Ernest Lee Brown, passed Tuesday, May 12, 2026, at the age of 77. He was born October 6, 1948, in Sanford, FL to George Sr. And Lubertha Brown. Ernest attended Seminole County public schools graduating from Crooms Academy in 1966. He was a proud resident of the Midway Community.
Ernest worked as a Courier for the Seminole County Public Schools for 31 years. He was a Deacon and faithful member at St. Matthews MB Church in Midway. Ernest enjoyed Community Activism, time with family and sharing his faith.
Ernest is survived by his devoted wife of 40 years, Roselyn Moses Brown; daughters Chanel Brown and Lakeisha Staley; brother Don L. Brown (Naomi); (4) grandchildren, (8) great-grandchildren, a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and extended family.
A public viewing will be held Saturday, May 30, 2026, from 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. at St. Matthews MB Church, 3724 Main St, Sanford, FL 32771.
