Here is tonight’s (Wednesday) Postseason Tournament schedule for the Semi-Co-Ed/Fun League in the City of Sanford Parks and Recreation Department Adult Softball Spring League.
The semifinals will have The West End Trading Company vs. Longhorns at 6:30 p.m. and Throwbacks vs. Pat's Liquor at 7:30 p.m. The semifinal winners will then return to the field for the Championship Game at 8:30 p.m.
Everyone is invited to watch the games for free at Pinehurst Park on West 24th Street.

This past Wednesday, Andy Forrest and Show Me claimed the Displacement Boat and Overall victory in the monthly Vudu version of the Breezeway Rum Race over Sheet Show under Ray Laguna. Ahoy, captained by Tom Simo, finished third and Bad JuJu, with Jim White at the helm, placing first in Planing Boat.

NEW SMYRNA SPEEDWAY
New Smyrna Speedway will be hosting “Summer Fest Pro Late Model 60” this Saturday.
On the schedule will be the Hoosier Pro Late Models, J&C Gradall Florida Modifieds, Sportsman, E-Mod, Midatlantic Marketing 602 Tour Type Modifieds and Stephen Smith Inc.com Bomber B.
Ticket booths and grandstand gates open at 4 p.m. Come early and get $5 off General Admission until 6 p.m. Heat Races are at 6 p.m., followed by Feature Racing at 7:30 p.m.
Adult admission is $15 (reserved seating is $20, the top six (6) rows of the Main Grandstand) with all seniors (65+) and military (with valid ID for proof of age or Military affiliation) admitted for $13. Kids 12-17 are $5 (No Early Bird Discount). Kids 11 years of age and under are free of charge (MUST be accompanied by paying Adult to qualify for Free Admission). Pits - Members ($30), Non-Members ($40).
The track is located at the corner of SR. 44 and CR 415, between New Smyrna, DeLand and Daytona.

SANFORD SUMMER WOMEN’S VOLLEYBALL
Here is the schedule in the City of Sanford Parks and Recreation Department Adult Women’s Summer Volleyball Season that plays on Sunday’s at the Westside Community Center, located at 919 South Persimmon Avenue across from Crooms Academy.
The League will be idle this week for an Orlando Magic Youth Basketball Camp, but will return on June 28 with Big Party vs. Set to Win at 2 p.m.; You’ve Been Served vs. Big Dig Energy at 3 p.m.; Hits & Giggles vs. Team Matt at 4 p.m.; and Hits & Giggles vs. Control Alt Defeat at 5 p.m.
Everyone is invited to watch the games for free.
ORLANDO CITY
Orlando City SC (4-9-2, 14 points) is on a two-month break as MLS pauses its season for the FIFA World Cup 2026™, with the Club’s next match taking place on July 22 against the San Jose Earthquakes at PayPal Park. Kickoff from PayPal Park is set for 10:30 p.m. on Apple TV. The Lions will next be home on July 25 against Nashville SC.
