Nonprofit Quest, Inc. is showing students with developmental disabilities what local job opportunities are available to them through field trips to several organizations, including The Sharing Center in Seminole County.

As part of the Career Camp, participants can see a variety of roles in action and find out what job they may want to pursue. Quest Introduces Youth with Developmental Disabilities to Career Opportunities. Local nonprofit Quest, Inc. recently unlocked professional pathways for people with developmental disabilities as part of its Career Camp, during which students took field trips to learn about the wide range of jobs in the community. This summer, participants toured the Orlando International Airport to see security and job handling roles in action and visited The Sharing Center to see staff sorting through donated clothes and home goods. The Career Camp is one of many programs Quest offers to help people with developmental disabilities live full lives.
