The Cat Lady aficionados at the West Bithlo Gazette are in high dudgeon about how bad Republican Vice Presidential candidate Vance is and how wonderful the Governor of Minnesota is versus our own Florida Governor, Ron DeSantis. As a slam at Republicans, they repeat the old canard about McCarthyism.
Their arguments are real winners as we all know people are leaving Florida in droves to move to Minnesota.
They love it that Walz (That is the Governor's name) used the term "weird" to describe either Vance or Trump.
The Republicans jumped at the opportunity to turn the table and call Walz "weird".
They have a list of "weirds" for Walz. At last count it was up to 25.

In his National Guard Service he said he attained the highest rank an enlisted man can reach. His compatriots disputed that and the campaign had to correct the record.
Just as his unit was going to be shipped to Iraq, he got out.
During the COVID hysteria, he held Minnesotans under lock and key for fifteen months. That is in stark contrast to what Governor DeSantis did here in Florida.
He has declared war on "fossil fuels" Let's see how that works out for Minnesotans.
He has gained the nickname "Tampon Timmy" because he signed legislation to put dispensers of that product in the boy's bathrooms.
