The Arrest Report

Sharing Isn’t Caring

A Clearwater woman was arrested after turning dinner into a food fight. According to the police report, 21-year-old Nakhia Davis didn’t take kindly to her sister bringing home food and not sharing. So, she took matters into her own hands and threw a bowl of ravioli at her sister. Police arrived to see the sauce still on her, which wasn’t the only evidence, as the sister’s boyfriend saw it happen. Davis admitted to throwing the bowl and she was taken to Pinellas County Jail and has since been released.

Road Rage Gone Risqué

In a bizarre twist on road rage, a man took his anger to a new level – by exposing himself. The incident took place on U.S. Highway 27 in Leesburg. According to a Fox35 report, deputies learned from the other driver that he was driving a Kia Optima and swerved around to cut them off. The other driver said the man was also throwing objects at the driver’s car while yelling. Further on U.S. Highway 27, the affidavit says he charged at the victims before pulling his pants down and exposing his genitals. “Two victims advised they screamed and looked away in fear when the defendant exposed himself,” stated the affidavit.

Masked Mistake

A Florida man tried his luck and left empty-handed. He was seen on video buying a mask and then attempting to rob a bank across the street. Thirty-three year-old Colton Vanhonhenstien purchased a mask at a gas station and then went to Wells Fargo Bank. He walked through the unlocked doors of the closed bank and began opening drawers and cabinets. With nothing in hand, the suspect left. This is when Martin County Sheriff’s Office got the notification of a bank robbery in progress, but when they arrived, no one was there. The clear security footage of Vanhonhenstein buying the mask led to his arrest. MSCO added, “He was charged with burglary despite the fact that the only thing he walked with was the mask that set him back five bucks.”

Steak Stealin’

Ribeye Steaks were stuffed in a man’s shirt in an attempt to leave the store without paying for them. Around 3 p.m., deputies responded to Walmart regarding a shoplifter. According to the affidavit, Alaya Rivera went to the meat section and placed four packs of ribeye steaks on the top part of his shopping cart. He then moved to a different part of the store and hid the steaks underneath his shirt and jacket and then left without paying. Once a Walmart asset protection officer approached Rivera, he gave the steaks back. The total of the steaks was over $102 and Rivera was placed under arrest.
