A man was fatally shot by officers from the Altamonte Springs Police.
The shooting occurred on Wymore Road in Winter Park. Around 1 p.m., detectives were investigating a felony case and spotted the suspect car. According to officers, the man stopped the car in the road. He then allegedly jumped out of the car and ran toward the officers with an object in his hands.
At this time, officers fired multiple shots and hit Randall. He was provided lifesaving measures until the paramedics arrived at the scene. He succumbed to his injuries after being transported to the hospital.
The shooting is still under investigation.
