SANFORD — The final Ladies on the Lake Wednesday Night Series contest as part of the Wednesday Night Goslings Rum Race before the Ladies on the Lake Charity Regatta on October 12 proved to be a monster one for the distaff pilots.
Led by overall and Displacement Boat winner Angie Hayden on Gen 4, female captains claimed the top five overall finishing positions.
Lisa Gailey guided Wicklow Way to the runners-up spot, with Second Wind under Nancy Harrington completing the podium.
Ana Holstein on Black Jack and Diane Forrest aboard Show Me were fourth and fifth.
