The biggest night of the season so far for Seminole County High School Football Programs _ 8 wins, 4 losses, 1 bye _ featured Oviedo High School (5-1) traveling across town and rallying to retain the Mayor’s Cup over Hagerty High School (4-3), unbeaten Seminole High School (6-0) impressing its Homecoming crowd, Lake Mary (4-2) getting a big game from standout quarterback Noah Grubbs in a romp over visiting North Miami Beach (2-4), Winter Springs (5-1) continuing to surprise everyone with a shutout victory over a very good Space Coast (5-3) squad from Cocoa, Lyman (2-4) easing past Lake Howell (1-5) in another SAC matchup and Orangewood Christian (4-4), The Master’s Academy (6-1) and The Geneva School (5-1) all posting blowout victories in Sunshine State Athletic Association action.

Seminole 33, Titusville 10
Host Seminole raced to a 27-0 lead in the second quarter and never looked back in romping to a 33-10 victory over Titusville (2-4) in its annual Homecoming Game.
Khamani Robinson (11-carries, 140-yards, 2 touchdowns) opened and closed the scoring with a pair of long touchdown runs _ 52- and 38-yards _ while in between, starting quarterback Michael Clayton (4-for-6 passing, 56-yards, 2 touchdowns) tossed scoring passes to Anthony Gay III and Xavier Tucker and De’Shawn Watkins (8-carries, 53-yards) ran for a 22-yard score.
Fighting Seminoles back-up quarterback Jeysen Williams came off the bench to go 11-for-13 for 164-yards.
Defensively, the Tribe made 19 tackles for loss, five quarterback sacks, forced two fumbles (recovering one), intercepted a pass and blocked a punt.

Lake Mary 42, North Miami Beach 7
Star junior quarterback Noah Grubbs took over the game late in the first quarter and quickly turned a tie game into a rout as host Lake Mary exploded for a 42-7 victory over North Miami Beach.
The hosts got on the board first when Dylan Wilson fell on a blocked punt in the end zone for a touchdown before the Chargers answered with a game-tying touchdown run.
But it was all Rams, specifically Grubbs, after that as the signal-caller found fellow junior Brian Williams Jr. for a pair of touchdowns, for 32- and 15-yards, around a 2-yard touchdown run of his own and a pass in the flat to Tyree Weatherspoon that the senior turned into a 75-yard touchdown, before Isaiah Thomas capped the scoring with a 10-yard run in the third quarter.

Oviedo 42, Hagerty 28
Visiting Oviedo won its fifth straight game, overcoming a 14-point deficit in the second quarter to tie the game at half and rolling to a 42-28 victory in the annual ‘Battle of Oviedo’ over Hagerty and retaining the Mayor’s Cup.
The host Huskies built a 21-7 lead in the second quarter behind Porter Williams (10-carries, 109-yards, 2 touchdowns; 3-receptions, 87-yards, touchdown), who ran for touchdowns of 25- and 74-yards, and a 10-yard touchdown pass from Caden Mitchell (8-for-17, 60-yards, touchdown, 3 interceptions) to Jordan Ketron (4-receptions, 27-yards, touchdown).
But the Lions rallied behind their outstanding defense, which forced six turnovers _ including four interceptions, two of which were returned for touchdowns by Messiah Montgomery and Jaylen Lewis in the second half _ and two rushing touchdowns each from Chance Nixon (18-carries, 107-yards) and Jerome Curry (6-carries, 17-yards).
Williams also caught a 74-yard touchdown pass from back-up quarterback Royce Jenkins (5-for-8, 135-yards, touchdown, interception).
Oviedo 42, Hagerty 28

Winter Springs traveled to Cocoa and continued its amazing season as junior quarterback Makiye McBurse found sophomore Tristen Raines for a 24-yard scoring toss in the second quarter and the visitors tackled on a fumble recovery and a field goal in the second half while the Bears defense was handling a Vipers offense that came into the game with a 5-2 record and posted the shutout≥
