Ethel was born on December 26, 1938 to the parents, of Ethel Lee Freeman Carpenter and William Carpenter and she passed September 15, 2024. Ethel attended schools in Lake Monroe and she was a member at Rose Hill Missionary Baptist Church in Lake Monroe, Florida. She settled in West Palm Beach, Florida. She was employed at St Mary’s Medical Center and retired 2009. Ethel is survived by her brother, Floyd Carpenter of San Diego, CA, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends
