The next Sanford Seminole Art Association monthly meeting will be on Saturday, Jan. 25 from 1 to 3 p.m. in the Community Room at the Seminole County Sheriff’s Department, 100 Eslnger Way, Sanford (on 17-92)
It is free and the public is invited to join.
There will be a brief business meeting followed by a refreshment break. French artist, Christophe Cardot, will demonstrate use of a limited palette and color theory. He uses the golden ratio for composition to create harmonious proportions in his work. His palette of 6 colors reflects his huge passion for tropical plants, seashells, and crystals because of their geometrical shape and ability to reflect bright colors.
