An Ordinance of the City of Sanford, Florida amending the City of Sanford Comprehensive Plan, as previously amended; providing for amendment of the Future Land Use Map of the Future Land Use Element of the City of Sanford Comprehensive Plan relative to certain real property, approximately 4.67 acres in size owned by SR Plumbing, LLC (Tax Parcel Identification Number 5-19-30-5CH-0000-0590 and 34-19-30-300-019A-0000), said property being addressed as 3539 Marquette Avenue; providing for the future land use designation to be amended from Seminole County High Intensity Planned Development - Airport (HIP-AP) to City Airport Industry and Commerce (AIC); providing for legislative findings and intent; providing for assignment of the land use designation for the property; providing for severability; providing for ratification of prior acts of the City; providing for conflicts; providing for codification and directions to the code codifier and providing for an effective date.

 

A copy of the Ordinance shall be available at the office of the City Clerk for all persons desiring to examine the same.

 

All parties in interest and citizens shall have an opportunity to be heard at said hearings.
