AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF LAKE MARY, FLORIDA, AMENDING THE ZONING CODE, CHAPTER 154, OF TITLE XV, LAND USAGE; AMENDING SECTION 154.14, LOCATION OF ACCESSORY USES AND STRUCTURES IN RESIDENTIAL DISTRICTS; PROVIDING FOR CODIFICATION, CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY AND EFFECTIVE DATE.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN by the Mayor and City Commission of the City of Lake Mary, Florida, that said Commission will be holding Public Hearings to review a proposed amendment to Chapter 154.14 of the City’s Code of Ordinances, Location of accessory uses and structures in residential districts.
The meetings will take place on Thursday, April 18, 2024 at 7:00 pm for First Reading and Thursday, May 2, 2024 at 7:00 pm for Second Reading.
