AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF LAKE MARY, FLORIDA, RELATING TO BEER GARDENS; AMENDING CHAPTER 154, “ZONING CODE” OF TITLE XV, “LAND USAGE” OF THE CITY OF LAKE MARY CODE OF ORDINANCES BY AMENDING SECTION 154.09, “DEFINITIONS” TO ALLOW AN OUTDOOR LICENSED FOOD SERVICE PROVIDER IN CONNECTION WITH BEER GARDENS IN THE DOWNTOWN CENTRE ZONING DISTRICT ONLY; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY, CODIFICATION, CONFLICTS, AND EFFECTIVE DATE.
