NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Consent Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 16, 2019 and an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated August 5, 2021, entered in Civil Case No.: 2019CA000783 of the Circuit Court of the Eighteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Seminole County, Florida, wherein NEWREZ LLC, F/K/A NEW PENN FINANCIAL, LLC D/B/A SHELLPOINT MORTGAGE SERVICING, Plaintiff, and PETER J.
