AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF LAKE MARY, FLORIDA AMENDING THE CITY OF LAKE MARY OFFICIAL ZONING MAP BY REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY WITHIN THE CITY OF LAKE MARY, CONSISTING OF +/- 1.14 ACRES OF PROPERTY LOCATED AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF WEST WILBUR AVENUE AND NORTH FOURTH STREET, MORE FULLY DESCRIBED HEREIN, FROM THE PRESENT ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF C-1, GENERAL COMMERCIAL, AND R-1A, SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL TO DC, DOWNTOWN CENTRE, PURSUANT TO THE TERMS OF THE FLORIDA STATUTES; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY AND EFFECTIVE DATE.
