YOU ARE NOTIFIED that you have been designated as defendant in a legal proceeding filed against you for auto negligence.
The action was instituted in the Circuit Court, Seminole County, Florida, and is styled SCARBOROUGH BAY, LLC, vs. ALICIA DIAGNOSTICS, INC., Case Number 2022-CA- 002565.
You are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to the action on Joseph F. Southron, Plaintiffs attorney, whose address is 400 N. Ashley Drive, Suite 1720, Tampa, Florida 33602, on or before March 13, 2023, and file the original with the clerk of this court either before service on Joseph F.
