NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN by the City of Longwood, Florida, which the City Commission will hold a public hearing to consider enactment of the following Ordinance:

 

ORDINANCE NO. 20-2171

 

AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF LONGWOOD, FLORIDA, AMENDING CHAPTER 3, SECTION 3.04 (B.3) DRUG-FREE WORKPLACE AND ALCOHOL POLICY OF THE CITY OF LONGWOOD PERSONNEL POLICIES AND PROCEDURES MANUAL; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, CODIFICATION, SEVERABILITY AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE.

 

Said Ordinance was placed on first reading on Monday, January 20, 2020, and the City Commission will consider same for final passage and adoption after the public hearing, which will be held in the City Commission Chambers, 175 West Warren Avenue, Longwood, Florida, on Monday, the 3rd day of February, A.D., 2020, 6:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as possible.  At the meeting, interested parties may appear and be heard with respect to the proposed Ordinance.  This hearing may be continued from time to time until final action is taken by the City Commission.
