All lumber, concrete block, drywall, sheet rock, concrete, roof trusses, beams, joists, or any other personal used or intended to be used in connection with the construction of any Improvements on the Land or any of such items of personal property which are intended to be incorporated into the Land as an Improvement thereon;

 

All sewer capacity reservation fees and/or reserved sewer capacity, all of which benefit the Land or Improvements;

 

All plans, specifications, permits, including building permits, licenses, fees, architectural drawings or renderings, surveys and plats associated with the construction of any proposed improvements to the land;

All tort claims and insurance claims and proceeds, including without limitation commercial tort claims;

 

All negotiable and nonnegotiable documents of title covering any party of any of the described collateral;

 

All rights under contracts of insurance covering any of the collateral;

 

All books and records (electronic or otherwise) of the debtor pertaining to any of the collateral;

 

All cash and noncash proceeds for additions, accretions to, substitutions or replacement of any of the collateral described in this Exhibit “A” (collectively the “Proceeds”), including without limitation (i) all interest and dividends earned on the Proceeds; (ii) all monies and other tangible or intangible property received upon a sale or other disposition of any of the Proceeds; (iii) all rights to payment in connection with any cause of action with respect to any Proceeds and all proceeds of any voluntary or involuntary disposition or claim respecting any of the foregoing (arising out of any judgment or award, or otherwise arising) and (iv) all goods, documents, general intangibles, chattel paper and accounts, wherever located acquired with cash proceeds or any of the foregoing or its proceeds, and all supporting obligations ancillary to or arising in any way in connection with any of the Collateral.

 

 

Subject to restrictions and reservations of record, if any. However, this reference shall not serve to reimpose the same.

Neither the Grantor nor anyone dependent upon the Grantor resides on the above-described property and the said property does not constitutes the Grantor’s homestead as defined in Article 10 of the Florida Constitution.
