The St. Johns River Water Management District announces a public hearing for the Lake Monroe Conservation Area located near Osteen, Florida. The hearing is scheduled for 12:00 to 1:30 pm on Thursday, April 27 th , 2023 and will be held at the Osteen Civic Center, 165 New Smyrna Blvd., Deltona, FL, 32764. The purpose of this hearing is to receive public comment regarding the development of the ten-year Land Management Plan update for the Conservation Area.
