AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF LAKE MARY, AMENDING SECTION 154.67 “DOWNTOWN CENTRE ZONING DISTRICT”, OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LAKE MARY, FLORIDA, TO ALLOW FOR RESIDENTIAL DUPLEXES AND TO REDUCE THE MINIMUM DWELLING UNIT SIZE OF FEE SIMPLE TOWNHOUSES; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY, CODIFICATION, CONFLICTS, AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE.

 

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Mayor and City Commission of the City of Lake Mary, Florida, will be holding Public Hearings to review proposed updates to Chapter 154.67 of the City’s Land Development Code: Downtown Centre Zoning District. The public hearing dates are as follows:
