NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN by the Mayor and City Commission of the City of Lake Mary, Florida, that said Commission will be holding a Public Hearing on Thursday, June 6, 2019 at 7:00 pm (or as soon as possible thereafter) to review a proposed Variance to build one single family home at 638 S. Country Club Rd. (location map below). The subject property has Seminole County Parcel ID number: 21-20-30-514-0000-0010
The meeting will take place as outlined below:
• The Mayor and City Commission will be meeting on this item on Thursday, June 6, 2019 at 7:00 pm (or as soon as possible, thereafter).
The Public Hearing will be held at the Lake Mary Commission Chambers 100 N. Country Club Rd., Lake Mary. The Public is invited to attend and be heard. Notice to the Public
A Variance was approved on May 8, 2019 the Variance request to the side yard setback requirement along Oak Avenue to allow a 6’ side street yard building setback to install a pool within the SR-1A zoning district at 123 W. 19th Street. (LOTS 121 & 122 SANFORD HEIGHTS PB 2 PG 63)
Any appeal to the above referenced decisions must be filed within 30 days of the date of approval.
