NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Directors “Board” of the Florida Resiliency and Energy District “FRED” will hold a Public Hearing and Regular Board Meeting on  May 16, 2019, beginning at 1:00 P.M. (EST), or as soon thereafter as practicable, at the City of Fernandina Beach, Conference Room located at 204 Ash Street, Fernandina Beach, FL 32034.

 

The purpose of the Public Hearing is for the Board to consider the following Resolutions:

 

Final Assessment Resolution No. F19-07, Relating to Special Assessment Commercial PACE Revenue Notes (Pace Equity LLC) Series No. 2019A.  The title of the Resolution is as follows:
