AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF LAKE MARY, FLORIDA REZONING CERTAIN LANDS WITHIN THE CITY OF LAKE MARY, LOCATED ON THE NORTH SIDE OF WASHINGTON AVENUE, EAST OF LONGWOOD-LAKE MARY ROAD AND WEST OF ROLEX POINT, HEREIN DEFINED FROM THE PRESENT CITY ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF A-1, AGRICULTURE, TO PUD, PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT, PURSUANT TO THE TERMS OF THE FLORIDA STATUTES; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY AND EFFECTIVE DATE.

 

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN by the Mayor and City Commission of the City of Lake Mary, Florida, that said Board and Commission will be holding Public Hearings to consider a request for a Final Planned Unit Development (PUD) and Preliminary Subdivision Plan (PSP) for a 23-lot single family residential subdivision, located on the north side of Washington Ave., east of Longwood-Lake Mary Rd. and west of Rolex Point.
