AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF LAKE MARY, FLORIDA REZONING CERTAIN LANDS WITHIN THE CITY OF LAKE MARY, LOCATED EAST OF RINEHART RD. AND NORTH AND SOUTH OF FOUNTAIN PARKE BLVD., HEREIN DEFINED FROM THE PRESENT CITY ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF PUD, PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT, TO PUD, PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT, PURSUANT TO THE TERMS OF THE FLORIDA STATUTES; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY AND EFFECTIVE DATE.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN by the Mayor and City Commission of the City of Lake Mary, Florida, that said Commission will be holding Public Hearings to consider a Final Planned Unit Development (PUD) and Preliminary Subdivision Plan for the Sanctuary at Fountain Parke.
