Based on the August 6, 2020 submittal and the revised cross section information received on September 23, 2020, the proposed project involves raising the southern portion of Oliver Avenue near the intersection with Baker Street and associated grading around the existing outfall into an unnamed sinkhole lake.

 

Pursuant to 373.406(6), Florida Statues (F.S.) and 62-330.051(2), Florida Administrative Code (F.A.C.), an Environmental Resource Permit is not required since the project meets the exemption requirements.

The School Board will convene in regular session in Room 307 at 12:30 p.m. on Tuesday, October 13, 2020 for the purpose of a litigation executive session for Rivera v. SBSC 2019-CA-003080-08-L, Diaz v. SBSC 2020-CA-000486-11J-L, King v. SBSC 2020-CA-001286-11J-G, and Crescente v. SBSC 2020-CA-001067-11J-G.  The executive session is a closed session.   The School Board will recess following the executive session and will reconvene in regular session in the School Board Meeting Room at 5:30 p.m. All meetings will be held at the Educational Support Center, 400 E.
