The City of Lake Mary proposes to adopt the following ordinance:

 

ORDINANCE NO. 1631

 

AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF LAKE MARY, FLORIDA AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1540, AMENDING THE PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT (PUD) DEVELOPERS AGREEMENT FOR THE GRIFFIN FARMS AT MIDTOWN PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT INCORPORATING REVISIONS TO SECTION C. LAND USES AND OTHER RESTRICTIONS, FOR LOT 1, MORE SPECIFICALLY DEFINED HEREIN; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY AND EFFECTIVE DATE.

 

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN by the Mayor and City Commission of the City of Lake Mary, Florida, that said Commission will be holding Public Hearings to review a proposed revision to the Griffin Farms at Midtown Planned Unit Development to allow a liquor store as a permitted use on Lot 1 (see location map below).  The subject property has Seminole County Parcel ID number:         17-20-30-513-0000-0010.

 

The meetings will take place as outlined below:

 

•  The Mayor and City Commission will be meeting on this item on Thursday, October 15, 2020 at 7:00 pm (or as soon as possible thereafter). (First Reading)

 

•  The Mayor and City Commission will be meeting on this item on Thursday, November 5, 2020 at 7:00 pm (or as soon as possible thereafter). (Second Reading)
